Parsley: one of the best ways to get rid of heavy metals is to consume parsley or cilantro or both, regularly. Both herbs have chelating properties, meaning they attract and bind heavy metal molecules, which are then naturally excreted from the body. The flavor of fresh parsley can be quite strong, but just a handful of the leaves – which are milder than the stem – will give the detox smoothie a fresh taste and a bright green color.

Please use ‘organic’ ingredients as much as possible
1 frozen banana
1 frozen chopped pear
1 frozen chopped apple
1 fresh bunch of cilantro
1 fresh bunch of parsley
protein powder, optional
*1 - 2 cups cold of orange juice, or juice of your choice
Blend and drink every other day for 3 weeks.
*I have a Vitamix. If you do not have a Vitamix, you may need a little more than 1 cup of juice for blending.
