Tea blend instructions:
Powder herbal blend in a coffee grinder or blender and mix together. You'll want to put your powdered herbal mix it in a glass jar with a lid to keep it fresh. I personally put the tea together by table spoon fulls. You can change the amount of the herbs according to your situation and taste.
For Example: Are you always around people who are 'Shedding?' You'll want more Shakimic Acid and Suramin in your tea to protect you from Spike Proteins. You may want to add extra Star Anise, Fennel Seeds, Edible Pine Bark.
To make ‘1 cup of tea,’ add 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup or more of coconut milk, place lid on pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Depending on your taste and how sick you are, add 1,2 or 3 teaspoons of the powdered herb mix in to the hot coconut water and replace lid over pot. Let tea steep for at least 10 minutes before drinking.
While the tea is steeping, add to your cup a sweetener or 2, (for sweetening synergy) such as agave and monk-fruit-sugar or honey & stevia. Add MCT oil or coconut oil, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the pot. Ready to drink. This should be coconut milky rich, sweet, tasty medicinal tea. Children will enjoy it too.
If you are sick drink the tea 3 times per day or more. If you are not sick, drink tea once per day for protective maintenance.
Drink before and after going around sick and shedding people.
Drink tea if you are vaxxed or not vaxxed and you have that weird Spike Protein Smell coming out of you when ever you use the bathroom.
You can add extra green tea for extra EGCg, (Epigallocatechin Gallate) and caffeine in your tea mix for your morning wake up.

Abstract: A severe acute respiratory syndrome is an unusual type of contagious pneumonia that is caused by SARS coronavirus. At present, the whole world is trying to combat this coronavirus disease and scientific communities are putting rigorous efforts to develop vaccines. However, there are only a few specific medical treatments for SARS-CoV-2. Apart from other public health measures taken to prevent this virus, we can boost our immunity with natural products. In this article, we have highlighted the potential of common spices and herbs as antiviral agents and immunity boosters. A questionnaire-based online survey has been conducted on home remedies during COVID-19 among a wide range of peoples (n-531) of different age groups (13-68 years) from various countries. According to the survey, 71.8% of people are taking kadha for combating infection and boosting immunity. Most people (86.1%) think that there is no side effect of kadha while 13.9% think vice versa. A total of 93.6% of people think that spices are helpful in curing coronavirus or other viral infection as well as boosting immunity. Most people are using tulsi drops, vitamin C, and chyawanprash for boosting their immunity. Therefore, we conclude from the survey and available literature that spices and herbs play a significant role against viral infections.
