Good question Bard Joseph.

No, not advised for pregnant or breast feeding mothers. More studies are needed.

Hi Geneva, I know this is an older post, but I want to confirm dosing for the powdered form of Cat Claw (I am using your suggested retailer, herbco). Would 1 teaspoon powder to 1 cup water be appropriate? Then filter out the powder once tea is ready? Thank you kindly, Megan

Hi Megan, I just answered your comment and lost it all. I am injured and have to rest my leg now. For now I will give you this: Immune-Boosting Cat’s Claw Tea: https://genevathatcher.substack.com/publish/post/144924982

Should you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to ask me.

Take care and thank you for your comment.

Thanks, Geneva. I had read that article prior, but wasn't sure if there's a difference between the bark and the powder? But now I am reading "Dried inner cat’s claw barks are brewed into infusions and taken for various health complaints. It is also grounded into powder and simmered into tea." So, the powder is the grounded bark.

Now, I understand and will follow your advisement of 1/4 tsp powder to 1 cup water.

If incorrect, let me know. But, no rush, please care for your leg and drop me a line another time. Thank you, Megan

Hi Megan, are you sick from the BioWeapon? If not sick, 1/4 tsp of powdered CC is good. If you are sick from the BioWeapon, depending on how sick you are, you may need to up the dose to 1 tsp. The sicker you are, the more often you may need to take CC tea per day. For example, my husband's unvaxxed sister got contaminated working as a cashier. Her legs got HUGE, she is very fatigued and needs a walker to help her get around. She was taking 2 TableSpoons of CC per day. Her legs went down 1 inch in 4 days, but she is still fatigued and out of breath. We suspect Spike Proteins attacking her heart muscle. A day or 2 ago, we told her to up her CC by 3 to 5 Table Spoons per day. In her situation more CC is better.

If sick, it is imperative to detox with CC and Ivermectin for 3 months While detoxing, one must support the ailing body systems with medicinal herbs. For example, while my mother was detoxing, we supported her failing kidneys , heart and HUGE extremeities with medicinal herbs.

CC even removed/slaughtered the morgellon's disease she had. More studies are needed to prove what CC can do against the BioWeapon.

❤️ God Bless. Take dear Megan.

Please make sure to drink your CC tea with lemon juice or vinegar for the acid which enhances bioabsorbability of CC in to your body.

Hi Geneva, I am not sick, nor do I have any acute or chronic symptoms (aside from being 47 and a former athlete!). But I am wanting to initiate preventative measures for the future. So, based on your statements and other information on cat's claw, 1/4 tsp seems accurate. I will add lemon juice!

I will state that your comments about urine/waste smelling funny is interesting. Earlier this year for many months I noticed an off-putting sweet smell in my urine. I was concerned it was potential diabetes or infection, so I did have labs done during my annual physical, but everything was normal.

At this stage, I have not noticed the smell for a long while. However, I do take sodium citrate (Karl C) once a day and wonder if this assisted with the smell? Sadly, I did not keep a journal as I should have, but will at this stage.

I had also gone through a few months of major brain fog and depression. Yet, I also had had major peri-menopausal symptoms at the time and do not know if related. I feel pretty good these days, despite the collapsing of the Western world!

I have also been making pine needle tea the past few years using pines and blue spruce in both WA state and CO where I currently live. It has kept my brain alert, I have noticed. Any experience with this type of tea?

I will keep you abreast of my progress down the road. **By the way, do you have any book recommendations for herb use? Or have you written your own?

Thank you kindly, Megan

Have not written my own herb book, yet.

I have my very first herb book ever from the 1980's. It is falling apart, but I still refer to it and cross reference the internet. I do not have any herb books that I turn to. I just never got around to looking in to a new book. There have been a few books I would love to have, can't remember them at the moment.

Improves Memory and Cognitive Performance: https://evidencelive.org/author/steven-roberts/

Cat’s claw is considered a nootropic as it creates a synergy in the brain that reduces inflammation, promotes antioxidant activity, and corrects damage caused by free radicals.

Together, these processes can lower the incidence of depression while bolstering focus, cognition, and information processing.

Various clinical trials on cat’s claw extracts and the brain show it to cause an inhibition of beta-amyloid plaque formation. It dissolves these plaques that would otherwise affect memory.

Cat’s claw possesses antioxidants and the ability to fight inflammation. The antioxidants work to ward off damage caused by free radicals, while inflammation can cause depression and dementia.

In a neuroprotective capacity, the bark may help reduce the formation of plaques associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

Plus, its ability to repair DNA in the brain makes it a stellar neuroprotective agent.

No experience with Blue Spruce, yet. The mountains where we live have loads of pine trees. We use Western White Pine Bark in our AntiShedding tea. White Pine Needles for tea.

Thank you Bearnadine for the well wishes. I am healing.

Thank you for recommending me, I recommended you right back.

I was surprised I did not have you down as recommended. I thought I recommended you ages ago. It is important for people to know the dangers that lurk in side planes. It is unfortunate that the plane’s staff is exposed daily, hourly to such terrible chemicals. I imagine the toxic fumes with in a plane’s body is going to change in time as….

Judgement has been passed, now comes Justice.

Great for God’s people

Not good for the luciferians. Not good at all.

The next few months are going to be scary and exciting. Best to have a few months food supply and water for humans and animals per home.

Scary for those who are not prepared. We must try to help, if we can, those whoa re not prepared. Food will become an issue and in some places, there will be no water.

Exciting for those who are prepared and are able to see Father God’s hand at work against the luciferians.

Gigantic initial PNW earth quakes, tsunamis and volcanoes go off, the international supply chain will go down completely. We will all have to buy, sell and trade locally. Hopefully you can buy food from a local farmer or 2.

The initial earth quake will be a 12 on the Richter scale. This will cause the earth to get pushed off it’s axis by 4 degrees. This is going to be a confusing and scary time for the people of the world. While 4 degrees off it’s axis is not a lot, it is enough to cause all kinds of weird weather and wind. It might take a few months for the planet to settle in to it’s new orbit. The sun, moon and stars will all be in different places in the sky.

If people know what is going on, things will not appear to be so scary.

The entire planet will feel and hear the initial PNW quake.

The initial quake on Juan de Fuca fault line will set off the San Andreas fault line and LA, Calif. will have a big quake. The some of the PNW coast line might go under water from BC to Mexico.

Washington, the state of the earth quake epi center, will shake so much, the neighboring states will feel the earth quake and their volcanoes will go off.

This is a quake that the entire world will feel.

20 million people and twice as many animals will cross over as a result of the quakes, tsunamis and volcanoes.

Please stock up on food and water.

For emergency rain water collection for flushing toilets and watering garden. If you want to drink the rain water, you will need to filter it.

How to Catch RAINWATER with a TARP for Emergency Power Outage & SHTF https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4euU-SUqBHw&t=418s

I hope and pray you do not live near the PNW coast.

Take care Bearnadine.

Thank you again for the recommend.

May our Paradise Father bless you and yours with health and safety.
