Nigella binds to ACE2 receptors in the lungs, potentially stopping spike protein particles from inducing inflammation and vascular damage. The molecule is being studied for possible drug development.
I think that cold pressed, organic black cumin seed oil, from halaleveryday.com, helped reduce my COVID symptoms. On the bottle is this quote from a popular ancient Islamic book: “There is a healing in black cumin (black seed) for all diseases except death.” (I have no commercial or financial interest in halaleveryday.com.) The bottom-line results from the above referenced article “Nigella sativa for the treatment of COVID-19: An open-label randomized controlled clinical trial” are: “The percentage of recovered patients in NSO [Nigella Sativa Oil] group (54[62 %]) was significantly higher than that in the control group (31[36 %]; p = 0.001).”
Hi Morpheus, I feel Nigella sativa is a good herbal Ivermectin as far as binding to the Spike Proteins.
I've been looking for some thing that can bind to the Spike Proteins for those who can not get Ivermectin. Hopefully Nigella will bind to the Spike Proteins the way Ivermectin binds to the Spike Proteins and removes them from the body. CC and Nigella would be a good working pair against the BioWeapon.
I've been waiting to get infected to experiment with a few different 'blood purifying' and 'blood cleansing' herbs, but I can not seem to get infected again to experiment on my self. Nigella sativa will have to suffice for now as an herbal Ivermectin.
I first heard about "Black Seed" for the treatment for covid when Dr Mobeen Syed "drbeen" reviewed this covid treatment study "Honey and Nigella sativa against COVID-19 in Pakistan (HNS-COVID-PK): A multi-center placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial" latest version here https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.10.30.20217364v4 on his youtube channel video "Study - Honey and Nigella Sativa For COVID-19" Drbeen Medical Lectures here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOwa6-EOohI
links to the study and to additional information are listed below his video, the mechanism of action discussed, Severe case Mortality reduction etc., doses bases on weight etc are discussed.
I bought the seed. I do not trust the oil and I found there concerns "low bioavailability (seed? oil?) -- short half life -- heat and light sensitive" Probably many times (10X?) greater absorption with some greater benefit when the properly prepared ground up seed is combined with a sugar such as tapioca maltodextrin and sunflower lecithin (for instance 1 to 1 to 1) then with a fat such as olive oil. "In Ayurvedic medicine you take remedies together with ghee and honey - fat and sugar." (Elizabeth)
"here are two Black Cumin Seed products commonly available on the market, those from India and those from Egypt. If you buy the Indian variety you'll be disappointed, they're so bad that you'd be better off without any Black Cumin Seed at all. Those from Egypt, on the other hand, will transform your life.
I'm an aging athlete (70) and I've learned that Super Foods are the difference between continuing and being finished. The vitality I get from these Egyptian Black Cumin Seeds has to be experienced to be believed.
In order to get the most from them, proper preparation is essential. First, they need to be soaked for 24hrs (to get rid of enzyme blockers that interfere with digestion). Then you should run them through a blender until they reach a temperature of 110 degrees (which gets rid of absorption inhibitors).
This last step is optional but highly recommended (I ferment all my foods which gets rid of the lectins which cause "Leaky Gut Syndrome" which is the root cause of almost all human ailments), add a multiple strain probiotic to your mash and let it sit in a warm environment (in your oven with the light on is ideal) for 24hrs. I use a 34 strain probiotic from "Garden of Life".
Last but not least, take on an empty stomach between meals for maximum benefit."
P.S. Dear Geneva Thatcher: Thank You for your kind words about me to others and for all the recommendations about my "substack" you have given to others.
Thanks! You always provide powerful info. An Ethiopian told me his grandmother became symptomatic, took black seed oil and garlic, and was over the infection in three days. On the other hand, my brother has been a long term user and advocate, become symptomatic, and had mild symptoms for a week or so. Mileage may vary.
May be your brother is buying the wrong kind of Black Seed.

this stuff works and works fast… 2 doses per daily until the illness goes away. i was sick for like 2 weeks and nothing would get rid of it, i took BSO for 2-3 days and it was totally gone. after the first day you can already feel it working
yes it works wonders, the thing i tell people though is make sure you use it consistently each day until the illness is gone. i dunno the exact dose i used, it was a long dropper bottle and i would use about 3 per dose, so its probably around 1-2 tsps. but with this stuff, too much wont hurt. just take it once morning and night each day until its gone, you will notice results quickly. its actually known to be a panacea "cure-all"
Would you know if this works at some level on dogs for possible parasites? Asking as a preventative, my two Boxers have nothing that I can tell. Just wondering.
When it comes to giving your dog black seed oil, it’s important to follow the recommended dosage guidelines to ensure their safety and well-being. While there is no official consensus on the ideal dosage for dogs, it’s generally recommended to start with a low dose and gradually increase it based on your dog’s size and individual needs.
As a general guideline, you can consider the following dosage ranges:
Small Dogs (up to 20 lbs): Start with 1/8 teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 1/4 teaspoon per day.
Medium Dogs (20-50 lbs): Start with 1/4 teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 1/2 teaspoon per day.
Large Dogs (50-100 lbs): Start with 1/2 teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 1 teaspoon per day.
Extra-Large Dogs (over 100 lbs): Start with 1 teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons per day.
It’s important to note that these dosages are simply guidelines, and individual dogs may require higher or lower doses depending on various factors, such as their health condition and specific needs. It’s always recommended to consult with your veterinarian before starting any new supplement for your dog. They can provide personalized guidance and advice based on your dog’s unique circumstances.
When administering black seed oil, you can mix it with your dog’s food or administer it directly into their mouth using a dropper or syringe. Some dogs may not enjoy the taste of black seed oil, so mixing it with their favorite food or treats can help make it more palatable.
Remember to monitor your dog’s response to the black seed oil and watch for any adverse reactions. If you notice any unusual symptoms or if your dog’s condition worsens, discontinue use and consult with your veterinarian.
By following the recommended dosage and monitoring your dog’s response, you can safely incorporate black seed oil into their routine to potentially reap its benefits for their overall health and well-being.
Start with a small amount of black seed oil for dogs, such as 1/4 teaspoon for small dogs and 1/2 teaspoon for larger dogs, and gradually increase to 1 teaspoon for small dogs and 2 teaspoons for larger dogs, depending on their size and health needs. Always consult with a veterinarian before adding any new supplement to your dog’s diet.

Amazing! Thanks, Geneva.

Hi there. Thanks for your comment and good question.
I have morning farm chores to do. Later this morning I will answer your comment.
Chao for now.
As a 'prevention' for parasites, BSO is good for dogs, but too much is toxic as it is too strong.
